Network analysis tools in the process phase Problem

Teaching cases are always built around a challenging scenario or problematic situation. These challenges or problems normally involve multiple stakeholders and interdependency exists among them. A thorough and accurate analysis of the relationships between these stakeholders can lead to a holistic view of the problem. It also offers different perspectives from various involved stakeholders, helps in capturing the potential risks and vulnerabilities of the case problem. 

 

In the video, we list some tools that can be used to map out and analyze the network relationships.
